In both honoring and continuing Brody’s legacy, the Brody Borlaug Foundation has partnered with OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland, Oregon establishing an on-site Pediatric Immunology Program, which will support and enhance the Pediatric Cancer, Blood and Bone Marrow Transplant programs by increasing their ability to diagnose and care for children with life threatening diseases such as leukemia, nonmalignant blood disorders, metabolic disorders and immunodeficiency disorders.
